- Vacancy Inspection & Lock-Change: On the vacancy date, we inspect the property condition; change locks; ensure property is broom-swept, and free of personal items inside/outside (including garages, sheds, vehicles unless otherwise arranged).
- Eviction Support:
- We assist clients and their attorneys in cases where occupants don’t vacate voluntarily
- Strict adherence to state and USFN (United States Foreclosure Network) guidelines and getting approval when costs exceed agreed limits
